Konsep Guru PAI Ideal dalam Buku “Guru Dilarang Mengajar” Karya Hamidulloh Ibda
This study aims to determine the concept of the ideal teacher in the book Guru Dilarang Mengajar by Hamidulloh Ibda and PAI teachers according to Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, and to find out the relevance of the concept of the ideal teacher in the book Guru Dilarang Mengajar by Hamidulloh Ibda with the concept of a teacher of Religious Education. Islam according to Law number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers. This research is library research. Data collection techniques using the method of documentation and documentation. For data analysis in this study is to use content analysis. The results of his research, firstly, the concept of the ideal teacher in the book Guru Dilarang Mengajar by Hamidulloh Ibda and PAI teachers according to Law number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, according to Hamidulloh Ibda, it is expected that the 2013 curriculum has four points covering core competence 1 which regarding religious values, core competence 2 has social and humanitarian values, core competence 3 contains knowledge and core competence 4 contains skills, and according to Law No. 14 of 2005, according to Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers article 69 ( paragraph 2), mentions four competencies that must be possessed by teachers, namely: pedagogical competence, personality, social and professional competence. Second, the relevance of the ideal teacher concept in the book that the teacher is prohibited from teaching Hamidulloh Ibda's work with the concept of Islamic Religious Education teacher according to law number 14 of 2005 concerning teachers and lecturers: 1) Have broad knowledge of teaching techniques, 2) Knowledgeable / have the same knowledge the case with having academic qualifications and pedagogical competence, 3) Being of noble character, wise and patient means having one of the teacher competency standards (personal competence), 4) Experienced/older can be said to have professional competence and the ability to realize educational goals national.
