Manajemen Kesiswaan dalam Mengembangkan Potensi Peserta Didik Melalui Ekstrakurikuler di MI Manbaul Huda Purwodadi Setelah New Normal
Abstract
Students' lack of motivation to participate in extracurricular activities and the existence of extracurricular activities that have not been carried out at MI Manbaul Huda Purwodadi are important problems in this study, with the case with the Head of Madrasah, Head of Student Affairs, and Coordinator of the Extracurricular Section at MI Manbaul Huda Purwodadi, and documentation. The technique chosen for data analysis is a descriptive method, inductive method, and data triangulation. The results of this study can be concluded that (1) The implementation of student management in developing the potential of students through extracurricular activities at MI Manbaul Huda Purwodadi after the new normal is carried out through several stages, namely mapping, increasing motivation, implementation and reporting, orientation to increase or channelling the potential of students, and the graduation process for extracurricular activities. (2) The results of developing the potential of students through extracurricular activities at MI Manbaul Huda Purwodadi after the new normal include: being able to train independence, discipline, responsibility for students, adding insight and being able to solve problems according to their extracurricular activities, having a high level of social sense, and seen from the many achievements and championships obtained by MI Manbaul Huda Purwodadi students, madrasas are known to the wider community and become one of the leading schools.
