Model Implementasi Budaya Pesantren yang Dikembangkan di Madrasah Aliyah NU Banat Kudus

Abstract

Madrasah is a modern Islamic education system which is a continuation of the pesantren education system. Organizational culture is a necessity in the educational institutions to make it able to carry out the vision, mission and realize the goals madrasah. This research is a qualitative ethnographic approach, which examines the uniqueness in a community or society. MA NU Banat Kudus is featured madrasah which has an organizational culture that refers to the Islamic values. Indicators of cultures in MA NU Banat saints can be seen from five aspects, namely the environment, values, role models, rites and rituals, and networking. From the results of the study concluded that the cultural models that run on MA NU Banat is a boarding school culture.
