Peningkatan Kemampuan Menyusun RPP Kurikulum 2013 Melalui In House Training bagi Guru PKn SMP di Temanggung
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to improve the ability to compile lesson plans through In House Training activities for teachers in junior high schools in target areas in 2018. The research was carried out on Civics SMP teachers in the target areas by taking a meeting place at SMP Negeri 1 Kaloran. Research time in semester 2 of the 2017/2018 school year. The data sources come from primary data sources and secondary data sources. In collecting data using interview techniques, tests and observations. The research method used is School Action Research (PTS) by performing two actions in two cycles. The results of teacher activities were analyzed using comparative descriptive analysis followed by reflection, while the activities in the activities were analyzed using descriptive qualitative followed by reflection. From the results of this study, it is known that there is an increase in the ability of teachers in preparing lesson plans in terms of performance in the preparation of lesson plans for the 12 teachers studied. From the initial conditions to the second cycle / final cycle, there was an increase in the number of teachers who had very good performance in compiling lesson plans from 12 people in the initial condition to having sufficient performance 12 to 11 people in cycle 2 being very good and 1 person having good grades. In the final condition 11 people (91.67%) teachers have a very good predicate in preparing RPP, which means that they have exceeded the predetermined performance indicators, namely by 90%. Likewise, their activities also show an increase in both teachers and researchers. So it can be concluded that In House Training can improve the ability to compile RPP for Civics teachers in junior high schools in the target area.
