Even though there have been efforts, there are still problems such as poor quality of education, lack of facilities, less than optimal management, and inadequate teaching staff. The aim of this research is to examine and find out how quality management is in the madrasa environment. The method in this research uses descriptive qualitative methods, researchers conduct direct observations and interviews with school principals by bringing research instruments in the form of interview guides. The results of this research include that the MI Miftahul Huda school has educational quality management which aims to achieve the vision and mission of the madrasah which does not escape from a very strong understanding of religion so that they become Muslims with moral character, as well as high quality education, a program to improve the quality management of the MI Miftahul Huda madrasah It is also carried out by involving all madrasa components in the implementation of work meetings, such as: annual, semester, weekly, daily, even enrichment and remedial programs. However, MI Miftahul Huda has several challenges, including teacher qualifications and competencies, learning facilities, financial management, curriculum adjustments, as well as the application of information technology and parental involvement. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate Islamic educational values in extracurricular activities as an effort to support integration in intracurricular learning. So that the integration of students' Islamic education values can be carried out optimally. This study seeks to analyze the integration of Islamic educational values in routine Friday scouting training activities at MA Ma'arif NU Sains Al-Qur'an Sumbang. This research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The primary source of research comes from observations and interviews with the Head of the Front Group, Pradana Putra, and Pradana Putri. Secondary sources were obtained through documentation techniques in the form of books, articles, activity reports and scout work programs for the enforcement group in 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana ayat-ayat tersebut diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari santri, serta dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan spiritual dan sosial mereka. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian dilaksanakan melalui metode observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan ustadz dan santri. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis untuk memahami makna dan tujuan penggunaan wirid ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wirid QS Ali Imran ayat 200 dan QS Ibrahim ayat 37 memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga ketenangan hati, meningkatkan kesabaran, dan membangun ketahanan spiritual bagi santri dan juga menumbuhkan keikhlasan bagi orang tua ketika meninggalkan anaknya di pesantren. Dampak positif lainnya adalah peningkatan disiplin dan konsistensi dalam menjalankan ibadah harian. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan ayat-ayat Al-Quran sebagai wirid memiliki nilai signifikan dalam konteks kehidupan pesantren, tidak hanya sebagai bentuk ibadah, tetapi juga sebagai strategi untuk memperkuat mental dan spiritual santri. The research method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this research were students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ar-Rasyidin Payaman. The sample for this research consisted of 44 respondents. Questionnaires and interviews were used as data collection techniques in this research. The data analysis technique for this research uses a simple regression test using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20. The results of this research show that the impact of digital literacy and smart attitudes towards social media is 09.2%. This can be seen from the introduction of digital literacy pillars to students which leads to good personal qualities such as a smart attitude in using social media. Everyone can influence the application of intelligent attitudes in the digital world so that digital literacy soft skills are obtained. This research approach is quantitative with a correlation study type. This paper aims to find out how parents support students' enthusiasm for learning. The data and information presented in this article were taken from several valid sources. Sample citing uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type. The total sample of students obtained was 20 students. The variables in this research include students' enthusiasm for learning and parents' support capacity. Data collection techniques use closed questionnaires, unstructured interviews, and documentation. Research data is described using simple linear regression. The research results indicate that: (1) there is a positive influence between parents' support capacity on students' enthusiasm for learning with the results of the analysis obtained a t value of 7.388 > t table 2.101. The amount of parental support for students' enthusiasm for learning is 75.2%. Based on the results of this research, all parties, including parents, educators and schools, must continue to communicate, collaborate and exchange ideas in paying attention to student education and fostering student discipline. Differentiated learning is an approach that adapts teaching strategies to the needs, interests and abilities of diverse students. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), which consists of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research was carried out in two cycles. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews and questionnaires, then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Research findings state that the Gajah Keris application can be used by teachers as a companion to differentiate learning at SDN Gajahmungkur 03, Semarang City. Teachers can learn independently regarding the concept of differentiated learning, examples of implementing differentiated learning in the classroom. Examples of initial assessments, teaching modules, LKPD, media, assessments and Semarangku materials contained in the Gajah Keris application have helped teachers. The Gajah Keris application increases student learning activity and teacher activity in differentiated learning activities. These findings indicate that the Gajah Keris application is effective as a companion in differentiated learning.
